Telstra, Boost Mobile and JB Hi-Fi use the full Telstra network. Every other brand here uses Telstra Wholesale, a smaller part of it (about 1.4–1.7 million km² by the resellers’ own figures, against 2.14 million). A reseller’s traffic is reported to be slowed before the network’s own customers’ when a tower is busy; no network publishes its policy.
