Data
Each bank's Consumer Data Right (Open Banking) feed, read every night. A change is dated the day the new rate first showed in the feed. Announced rates come from the bank's own site.
What counts
Each account's first-tier rate with any bonus. A rate moved and moved back within a week is left out, and our own corrections are never a change.
