NSW and ACT prices. Priced for a single under 65 earning under $105,000, after the full 24.1% rebate, with no Lifetime Health Cover loading or age-based discount, paid monthly. Premiums change each 1 April. Each brand shows its cheapest policy; one policy sold under two brands of one fund is one row. The cheapest Basic policies cover accidents, or rehabilitation, psychiatric and palliative care as a public patient, and little else. Couples and families pay about twice the single price. In QLD the cheapest is Frank Basic Accident Boost Hospital from Frank Health Insurance, at $961 a year. In WA the cheapest is Basic Hospital Accident Only $750/$1500 Excess from HBF, at $721 a year.
